Not only is the bill meant only for people who can read english it is also meant only for people who have access to a computer which has an internet connection!
ReplyDeleteThe Health Ministry seems to think that the IT(information technology revolution has already taken place in India.
Bulk of the rural and urban poor will never see this bill and they are the ones who need health care the most.
A few rich people will dwell on it have it passed in the parliament

ReplyDeleteMain apse sahmat hoon. Internet aur computer abhi tak har bharitiya nagarik tak nahin pahuncha magar samacharpatra to zarur qafi had tak logon tak pahooncha hai. Yeh bil hindi mein aur vah bhi aam log samjhe aisi bhasha mein hona chahie tha. Aam logonki yojnaen honi chahiye bil nahin. Bimar pada to mere sarpe mujhe kaun bachayega aur kaun paise bharega, meri chhoottika kya hoga aise koi bhaar na ho tabhi yeh swasthya aadhikar ka bill ka kuch matalab hoga nahin to sirf kagazki naav, kaunse pani mein doob jayegi kaun janne!
